Just a short one this week as this was something that come up recently in our office discussions.
Now for me, I thought it was nailed on 100% that you cannot beat a bacon bagel with red sauce. Now the first shocking thing is that someone who will remain nameless had never had a bagel, so this had to be addressed, and Louis, MARAI’s genius in the kitchen, delivered said bacon bagel with red sauce to rectify this. But here is the twist, the bagel virgin, upon eating said bagel declared they prefer toast! Obviously I was totally thrown by this, so much so I feel the need to write this and put it out there. So, I pose the question to all of you, bagel or toast? And while we are at it, red or brown sauce? Bacon or sausage? What is your favourite breakfast combination?
