Shipment Dates - (Christmas Time)
Please note that we will be closed on Christmas Day and Boxing Day, meaning no orders will be picked for delivery or click & collect during this time. Any orders shipped on Friday 27th December, will not be delivered until Monday, 30th December, or later.
Service interruptions may also affect any undelivered parcels from before Christmas. Below are the delivery days FedEx will operate after Christmas:
- Friday, 27th December
- Monday, 30th December
- Tuesday, 31st December
- Thursday, 2nd January
- Friday, 3rd January
- Monday, 6th January (back to regular service)

Christmas Delivery
Our recommended Christmas delivery cut-off is 19th December at 1 PM. This allows for potential delays, as FedEx doesn’t deliver on weekends. However, they will be delivering on both the 23rd and 24th of December.
Orders placed after the 19th may still arrive in time, but this is at the buyer’s discretion. If you’re local, why not take advantage of our Click & Collect option at our Stopgate Lane store for added peace of mind?

How long will it take to receive my order?
We ship all orders using a next-day delivery service to ensure you receive your items as quickly as possible. Here’s how it works:
- Orders placed before 1 PM: These will be picked, packed, and shipped on the same day for delivery the following working day.
- Orders placed after 1 PM, on a Thursday evening, or on a Friday morning: While these will be dispatched on Friday, please note that our courier does not deliver on Saturdays. Your package will arrive on the next working day (Monday).
- Weekend or bank holiday orders: These will be processed on the next working day.
Do we offer Saturday Delivery?
Our courier does not deliver on Saturdays, so any orders placed late Thursday or Friday will be delivered on the next working day, which is Monday. If you're placing an order and need it for a specific date, we recommend considering this schedule to avoid any inconvenience.
How to track your order?
Once your order has left us, you will receive an email containing a Fedex tracking number to track its progress online. If you are a registered customer, you can also follow your delivery by signing into your account and selecting 'My Orders'.
What should I do if there's an issue with my shipment?
If your item hasn’t arrived on time, we recommend first reaching out to the courier, as delivery issues can often be resolved directly with them. However, if you still need assistance, feel free to contact us, and we’ll do our best to help.
Can I amend or cancel my order?
Depending on the status of your order, it may be possible to cancel an item or request a different size for an item you have already purchased. Please note, we’re unable to add an item to an existing order.
If you need to make any amendments to your order, please contact our Support Team as soon as possible and we will be happy to offer assistance.
Do you deliver to PO Boxes?
Unfortunately, our courier doesn’t deliver to PO boxes or military bases at this time. We're working on making this option available in the future.
I receive the wrong item?
if you receive the wrong item in your order, please reach out to our support team with your order number, name, and photos of the incorrect item. They’ll guide you through the return process. Alternatively, you can visit us in-store, and we'll sort it out for you there
What do I do if I receive a faulty item?
On the rare occasion this does happen, simply contact us and we’ll look into this for you.
When you get in touch with us, please provide your order number and photographs of your item.
Please be aware that items which have been damaged as a result of normal wear and tear, by accident, or your own misuse, will not be considered faulty. This does not affect your statutory rights.

International Shipping

How long will it take to receive my order?
All of our orders are shipped out using a express international 2-3 delivery service. Orders made before 1pm will be shipped out same day. Orders made over a weekend or a bank holiday will be shipped on the next working day.
Shipping Restrictions
Due to international trading agreements and local customs restrictions, we may be unable to ship certain items to your location. We'll let you know if this is the case once you proceed to purchase.
Duty & Custom Fees?
We currently do not offer DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) service for international orders on our site, which includes any VAT applicable for shipments to the EU. Please consult your local government policies regarding duties and international shipping from the UK, as we are not responsible for any duties or VAT imposed by local authorities.

Click & Collect
Do you offer Click & Collect?
Yes, we offer a Click & Collect service at our Stopgate Lane store. Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a notification when it’s ready for pickup. Please note, store opening hours apply.
How does it work?
1. Make an order on our web-store and select click & collect.
2. We prepare your order for collection.
3. Collect your order from your selected pick up location and Enjoy.
Please bring a valid form of photo ID when picking up items.
Store Opening Hours?
Our store is open Monday to Saturday, 10 AM to 5 PM. Occasionally, hours may change, so be sure to check our social media for the most up-to-date info on the day!
How long does click and collect take?
If your order was placed while the store is closed, it won’t be prepared until the next working day. If you haven’t received a notification, please check your junk folder as it may have ended up there. Still no sign? Give us a call or drop us an email, and a team member will confirm if your order is ready for collection
Can I amend/exchange or refund my order instore?
When collecting your order in-store, you're welcome to try on any of the items and exchange or return them on the spot. Any refund or exchange differences will be credited back to your original payment method, or if additional payment is needed, it can be handled in-store.
