How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders placed before 4pm (Mon–Thurs) are shipped same day for next working day delivery.

Orders placed after 4pm Thursday or before 4pm Friday will ship Friday and arrive Monday. Friday orders may arrive Saturday, but this is not guaranteed.

Upgrade to guaranteed Saturday or Sunday delivery for £8.99

Do we offer Weekend Delivery?

Yes, We now offer premium weekend delivery for UK customers. For £8.99, you can choose:

Saturday Delivery — order by Friday, 4pm
Sunday Delivery — order by Saturday, 1pm

Please ensure you select the correct service when ordering on (Mon - Thur). Orders placed outside of (Fri - Sat) may be held or shipped using our standard next-day service. Once your order has been packed, we cannot downgrade the service or refund the difference.

While some non-upgraded orders may still arrive over the weekend, this is not guaranteed and depends on local depot volumes.

MARAI is not liable for delays to upgraded deliveries caused by address issues or failed delivery attempts.

How to track your order?

Once your order has left us, you will receive an email containing a tracking number to track its progress online. If you are a registered customer, you can also follow your delivery by signing into your account and selecting 'My Orders'.

What if my shipments are lost, stolen or delayed?

If your item hasn’t arrived, please contact the courier directly. Once your parcel leaves our warehouse, they are best placed to make changes or provide updates based on your tracking.

If your parcel is confirmed lost by the courier, contact us via email and we’ll open a claim. These typically take up to 10 days to resolve, but we’ll aim to handle it as quickly as possible.

If you believe your parcel was stolen, please email us and complete our Stolen Goods Form. We’ll submit a claim, which may also take up to 10 days to process.

Can I amend or cancel my order?

Once your order has been picked, packed, and handed over to the courier, we’re unable to make changes such as address updates.

Where possible, we’ll try to assist, but we recommend contacting the courier directly they’re best placed to advise based on where your parcel is in their system.

Please note: we are not liable for address errors, and any post-order changes are made at the customer’s discretion.

Do you deliver to PO Boxes?

Unfortunately, our courier doesn’t deliver to PO boxes or military bases at this time. We're working on making this option available in the future.

I receive the wrong item?

if you receive the wrong item in your order, please reach out to our support team with your order number, name, and photos of the incorrect item. They’ll guide you through the return process. Alternatively, you can visit us in-store, and we'll sort it out for you there

What do I do if I receive a faulty item?

On the rare occasion this does happen, simply contact us and we’ll look into this for you. 

When you get in touch with us, please provide your order number and photographs of your item.

Please be aware that items which have been damaged as a result of normal wear and tear, by accident, or your own misuse, will not be considered faulty. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Yes, we offer a Click & Collect service at our Stopgate Lane store. Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a notification when it’s ready for pickup. Please note, store opening hours apply.

Delivery Times & Services

All orders placed before 4pm (Monday to Friday) are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 4pm will ship the following working day.

European orders are sent via DPD Direct and handed over to your local postal service, with an estimated delivery time of 3–5 days.

All other international orders are shipped using DPD Air Classic, a 3–5 day air service.

Please note: MARAI does not calculate or collect VAT, taxes, or duties. These may be charged separately upon delivery, depending on your country's import rules.

Shipping Restrictions

Due to international trading agreements and local customs restrictions, we may be unable to ship certain items to your location. We'll let you know if this is the case once you proceed to purchase.

Duty & Custom Fees?

We currently do not offer DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) service for international orders on our site, which includes any VAT applicable for shipments to the EU. Please consult your local government policies regarding duties and international shipping from the UK, as we are not responsible for any duties or VAT imposed by local authorities.

Do you offer Click & Collect?

Yes, we offer a Click & Collect service at our Stopgate Lane store. Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a notification when it’s ready for pickup. Please note, store opening hours apply.

How does it work?

1. Make an order on our web-store and select click & collect.

2. We prepare your order for collection.

3. Collect your order from your selected pick up location and Enjoy.

Please bring a valid form of photo ID when picking up items.

Store Opening Hours?

Our store is open Monday to Saturday, 10 AM to 5 PM. Occasionally, hours may change, so be sure to check our social media for the most up-to-date info on the day!

How long does click and collect take?

If your order was placed while the store is closed, it won’t be prepared until the next working day. If you haven’t received a notification, please check your junk folder as it may have ended up there. Still no sign? Give us a call or drop us an email, and a team member will confirm if your order is ready for collection

Can I amend/exchange or refund my order instore?

When collecting your order in-store, you're welcome to try on any of the items and exchange or return them on the spot. Any refund or exchange differences will be credited back to your original payment method, or if additional payment is needed, it can be handled in-store.
