All online orders placed from 2 December qualify for our extended Christmas returns window, giving you until 9 January to return your items.

Standard return processing times still apply. Please allow up to 10 working days from the date we receive your return for it to be inspected and processed. During the festive period, processing times may increase due to higher volume, but we aim to complete all refunds as quickly as possible.

Once your refund has been issued, please allow an additional 3–4 working days for your bank or payment provider to complete the transaction.

All returned items must be in their original packaging, with swing tags attached. Our swing tags do not display prices, so please ensure no stickers are peeled and no tags are removed before returning.

We will be shipping all orders using DPD Next Day Delivery up to 22nd December. Orders placed before this date will be dispatched as normal, but please be aware that the DPD network is extremely busy during Christmas, which may lead to delays outside our control.

MARAI cannot be held responsible for any shipping delays caused by the courier.

In the days leading up to 19 December, standard shipping timelines typically apply; however, we recommend ordering early to avoid disruption due to seasonal volume.
