For free returns on items go to ‘Brand’ then to ‘Returns’ then follow the steps to complete our free returns order from. We respect that you may occasionally need to return an item and we look to make that process as easy as possible.
Refunds or exchanges must be returned to us within 30 days of the product being received with receipt of your shipment. There are no charges for returning a parcel within the UK.
The original shipping charges are non-refundable, you are also responsible for any additional charges/or duties of the return shipping. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund with reason.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment within 10 working days. Returned products must be in perfect original sale condition, unworn with tags still attached. For hygiene purposes, no refunds or exchanges will be given for products that have aftershave, makeup, body odours or cigarette smoke
on.
All our garments can be machine or handwashed. To prevent garments from shrinking and to keep them looking their best, wash at 30° inside out.
Place delicate items in a mesh bag to help prevent snagging or twisting during machine cycles. Pre‑treat stains before washing by dabbing a small amount of stain remover on the area. For darker pieces, patch test on an inside seam to check the colour won’t be affected.
Cold iron garment whilst they are inside out to avoid any damage. Hang dry, to avoid any shrinkage or damage from tumble dryer.
